Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We are not responsible for user error this includes pressing mistakes/mishaps as well as peeling mistakes and mishaps. We are not responsible for incorrect pressure and temperature settings. We are not responsible for prints that do not adhere due to use of an easy press or iron. Waiting too long to peel a transfer and/or not applying enough pressure will cause a print to peel incorrectly this too falls under user error. 

Our prints require very heavy pressure and should only be used with a commercial heat press. Our pressing instructions are strictly for use with a commercial heat press. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SETTINGS AND PRESSURE OF THEIR HEAT PRESS. 

USE OF AN EASY PRESS OR IRON IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK.

Shipping costs are based on weight of the package and distance. USPS and UPS determine these prices.

In the case of a lost/stolen/missing package only STORE CREDIT will be issued.
