Shipping policy

 All Screen Print Transfers are Ready To Ship and will ship within 24 hours of an order being placed Monday-Friday. This excludes weekends and Holidays.

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days *6-10 days for international depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that USPS delivery times are estimations and are not guaranteed. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Any additional taxes, duties, or other international shipping/delivery fees placed on international orders are solely the customer's responsibility. We do not collect these fees at checkout.

Once your order leaves our hands we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or missing please contact your local post office and/or UPS for assistance. Transfers By Poppy LLC is not responsible for any USPS or UPS shipping delays. In the case of lost/missing packages Only STORE CREDIT will be issued.

If you are concerned about your package being lost or stolen, we recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout.

 If an order is returned to us for "insufficient address" or any other shipping/address error that is not the fault of Transfers By Poppy, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
